Business

Document

Option Tax Return Form

Must be sent in monthly with Option Tax payments. If payment is $0 form may be sent by email. More information about the Option Tax can be found here.

Business License

Businesses operating within city limits must have a current business license. This application must be completed yearly or if you are a new business.

Option Tax Community Org Request Form

Community organizations in Stanley may request funding from the option tax pool. Forms must be submitted at least 10 days prior to City Council meeting. FORM COMING SOON

Alcohol Beverage Permit

Permit required to sell beer and wine.

Temporary Vendor License

Planning on having a booth at a festival, a food truck, or another temporary or mobile business operating in city limits? You'll need a temporary vendor's license.

Idaho Liquor Catering Permit

Required for any business within City limits operating outside of their regular location or hours, or for any business from outside the cCty planning to serve and sell alcohol.

Lands, Buildings, Accommodations

Building Permit

Building permits and all accompanying information must be submitted at least ten days prior to the council meeting where permit will be discussed. FORM COMING SOON

Sign Permit

Sign permit applications must be submitted at least ten days before the Council meeting where they will be discussed.

Flood Plain Hazard Development Permit

Building permits building in designated floodplain areas must complete this permit and turn in with building permit. FORM COMING SOON

Temporary RV Permit Application

A permit is required for an RV parked within city limits that is being used for workforce housing.

Lot Change and Land Division

This form is for lot line shifts, lot changes, and minor land divisions. Applications must be submitted at least 10 days before a Council Meeting. FORM COMING SOON
